Job Description
Owing to continued growth Colliers is now looking for an enthusiastic surveyor/ senior surveyor to join the Valuation team within the Leeds/ and or Manchester office.
Our Valuation Team provides a fast and efficient service that is tailored to the needs of individual clients. All valuations are marketbased and carefully researched and provide an accurate assessment of current values and informed forecasts.
Job Description
- To undertake a variety of Loan Security Institutional and Corporate Valuations.
- To assist team members in the preparation of regularly valued portfolios.
- To liaise with relationship managers fund managers and asset managers on a regular basis.
- In conjunction with other team members to develop the Departments existing and prospective client relationships.
- Attend presentations to clients when required.
Qualifications :
- MRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- A good knowledge of Argus Valuation Capitalisation and Argus Enterprise would be preferable
- Able to demonstrate market knowledge
- Must possess excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
