Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a motivated and resultsdriven external sales representative to join our clients team at a prominent automotive wholesaler. The successful candidate will focus on customer satisfaction while contributing to sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone email walkins).
Provide product information pricing and recommendations.
Process sales orders quotations and invoices accurately.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads.
Assist customers in selecting 4x4 products and accessories.
Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales.
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
Maintain an organized database of customer interactions.
Monitor stock availability and provide procurement feedback.
Stay informed on the latest 4x4 products trends and competitors.
Requirements
Sales experience in the automotive or 4x4 industry.
Knowledge of 4x4 products.
Strong communication customer service and interpersonal skills.
Build and maintain longterm client relationships.
Selfmotivated and independent.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in microsoft office and sales/order management software.
Team player with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
Minimum of a Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
Must be a South African citizen.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of 4x4 products accessories and automotive parts.
Retail or wholesale experience.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
