We are hiring Qualified Social Worker Posts for Home care services located in Louth Ireland.
Permanent fulltime/Parttime
Key Responsibilities
- Promote people families and organisations
- Making assessments and evaluations
- Providing emotional support counselling and therapy to individuals or groups
- A knowledge of the Tusla & HIQA regulations and standards.
- Deliver social work service in collaboration with other disciplines / agencies as required in appropriate settings reflecting the needs of the service user
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker
- CORU registration
- Experience working in children and families services
- Drivers Licence/Access to own car
- Be willing to undergo Garda Vetting
