The Inbound Phone Sales Associate is responsible for answering phone calls from DDCs global customers and answering questions about DDCs relationship testing products used for immigration surrogacy confirming the father of a child etc. The Inbound Phone Sales Associate determines the services our clients require charts their course through the testing process and closes the sale
This position offers the opportunity to work from home after completing 90 days of inoffice training and meeting the required performance metrics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Field 3040 inbound calls per day requiring active listening and documenting customer details.
- Quickly understand and analyze customer needs through a consultative sales approach.
- Explain DDCs products and services in a professional manner via phone email text message or chat.
- Analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with the intent of finalizing sales opportunities.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators stated in the Sales Compensation Plan including Closing % Revenue Per Call and Sales Quota.
- Escalate customer needs that require additional knowledge or ability to leadership.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Attend training and coaching sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Able to document information in an application while on an active call.
- Able to learn other database and communication software as applicable.
- Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to ensure that DDCs services are offered in a manner consistent with our mission and vision statements
- Other duties as assigned or become evident
Qualifications :
- Minimum one (1) year of previous sales experience (retail inside sales or logistics).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to cope with difficult customer situations.
- Resultsdriven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals.
- Excellent time management and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Completion of HIPPA training.
