Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on leadership and handson experience with key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 10 testers while performing handson testing. This role involves managing quality of applications endend across the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage endend quality of application development lifecycle.
- Optimize and manage resources across the testing lifecycle.
- Plan manage and lead the design and execution of test strategies plans scenarios.
- Coordinate test strategies with project managers and stakeholders.
- Establish proactive monitoring and application health dashboards and remain handson on granular details.
- Provide practical insights on testing and user stories during development phase.
- Incorporate AI and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Must Haves:
- Solid understanding of endend application development lifecycle and pitfalls
- Expertise in proactively identifying gaps in user stories and following through with test management processes.
- Leadership experience managing a team of 10 testers.
- Handson with manual and automated testing tools and processes in serviceoriented architecture.
- Handson with SQL and database testing (SQL Server Oracle MS Access).
- Proficient in project management practices.
- Solid experience in managing quality of large and complex technical portfolio
- Proficient in understanding of unit testing coverage.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Use of AI in Software Testing
- Experience with Java CURAM and Oracle
- Familiarity with AODA testing tools.

- Expertise in manual and automated testing tools SQL and database testing.
- Experience in planning and executing test strategies and identifying gaps in user stories.
- Incorporating AI and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
Leadership:
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of 10 testers.
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders to align on test strategies and priorities.
- Proactive monitoring and management of resources to ensure quality outcomes.
