Role & responsibilities
- Setting up of new office in Navi Mumbai.
- Events Management and ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Ensuring the Office is kept spick and span and supervising the Housekeeping Service.
- Sourcing and Stocking of adequate local stationery at best economical price.
- Taking Steps to ensure reduction of wastage in all the spheres of office operations.
- Preparing of Consolidated MIS of expenses of all locations and HO by 15th of every month
- Repairs and Maintenance of Corporate Office Infrastructure
- Controlling Guest House Maintenance Occupancy Expense Management.
- Fleet management Maintenance Allocation of vehicles and drivers Insurance Renewals.
- Checking log reports and fuel consumption.
- Managing Centralized Contracts like Housekeeping Services Maintenance Services Security Services CUG Connections.
- Liaison with local government authorities and departments
- Liaisoning with the Purchase Department for Purchases Identifying vendors and negotiations. Completing the documentation.
- To look after AMC of all office assets.
- Oversee Travel Management
- Oversee front desk function across India.
- Monitor lease agreement of all branches offices/factories across India.
- Manage PAN India offices and Contracts of the offices.
- Will involve travelling to different office locations & plants as and when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience in Administration.
