Job Description
- 12 years of experience in customer service.
- Responsible for quality monitoring of production staff and disseminating feedback.
- Scheduling regular calibration calls with clients quality assurance.
- Client service (phone or Email).
- Good verbal and written communication (in English).
- Able to hold a free flow conversation (in English).
- Team player.
- Execute the work per process.
- Escalate doubts/clarifications
Qualifications :
Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree) : At least HS graduate System working knowledge required : Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix ADUC Windows OS Printers is a plus) Excellent Communication Skills 12 years of experience in customer service. Background and Experience Basic Knowledge of US Mortgage Regulations in Origination (preferrable). Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree) : At least HS graduate System working knowledge required : Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix ADUC Windows OS Printers is a plus).
