Directly coordinating scheduling and participating in work with the customer to comply with the partnership agreement. You will be working as part of a team who will use their knowledge to develop operate and manage Condition Monitoring programs for John Cranes client.
The role of the Condition Monitoring Specialist is to collect routine Condition Monitoring data conduct first Line analysis and reporting work with the teams Engineer to capture advanced data and participate in troubleshooting. It is expected that the person in this role will work to develop their specialist knowledge.
Operate and Develop Condition Monitoring programs for John Crane clients in conjunction with the Lead CM Engineer. Conduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys at our clients premises and analysis of routine vibration data. Report Vibration and Oil Analysis results and associated corrective maintenance recommendations.
Interface with the client for the onsite delivery of Condition Monitoring services. Will conduct periodic onsite Pump Performance Testing and onshore Reporting; and using a defined process calculate the cost benefit of carrying out recommendations. Work within the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
