We are seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Specialist to join our team in Muggi Italy. In this role you will be a crucial link between our sales team and customers providing exceptional support and driving sales growth from within our organization.
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to manage customer accounts and support sales initiatives
- Process and track sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to support the sales process
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal sales strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales approaches
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
