Orbital Weld

We are seeking a skilled Orbital Welder to join our team in Laconia United States. In this role you will be responsible for performing highprecision orbital welding on various tubing systems and components in our stateoftheart manufacturing facility.

• Operate orbital welding equipment to join tubes and fittings according to specifications
• Set up and calibrate orbital welding machines for different materials and joint configurations
• Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and welding procedures
• Perform visual inspections and quality control checks on completed welds
• Maintain accurate records of welding parameters and completed work
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve welding processes

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in orbital welding preferred
• Proficiency in operating orbital welding equipment and interpreting welding procedures
• Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with quality control and inspection procedures for welded joints
• Familiarity with various materials including stainless steel and titanium
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training in welding preferred
• Understanding of metallurgy and material properties
• Knowledge of welding processes and parameters
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
• Willingness to work flexible hours including potential overtime
