Job Description
- Process application standardization and new process development supporting. .
- Implement industrial engineeringtime data management QCO Ergonomics check. :
- Support improvement activity with IE tools and methods including efficiency improvement quality improvement and layout optimization etc.. IE
- Responsible for the manufacturing process technology improvement and maintenance.
- Cooperate with maintenance team to improve the MAE efficiency.
- Eliminate errors in the manufacturing processes by systematic approach.
- Continuous improvement for process application.
- New process development supporting and releasing MAE specification and release supporting from process point of view.
- Responsible for operation time estimation for new stations.
- Responsible for developing new concept to minimize nonvalue adding activities. .
- Responsible for organizing working content of operators based on CT requirement and improvement.
- Implement Ergonomics check and QCO.
- Support MAE design layout optimization line balance efficiency improvement etc..
- Responsible for process quality improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or above.
- Over 3 years. 3
- Mechanical automation digital and Knowledge for assembly solutions.
- Fluent English
