Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research on improving performance of Vision Language Model (VLM) in specific domains and enhancing the safety and controllability of models. Participate in the processing and management of datasets. Develop and deploy VLMs and MLLMs.
2. Closely collaborate with researchers from top institutions in China push the completion and application of research projects publish academic papers and apply for relevant patents.
3. Actively follow frontiers of research extensively explore viable research ideas and applications and verify prototypes.
Qualifications :

Requirements:
1. Strong programming skills proficiency in mainstream deep learning frameworks e.g. PyTorch. Experience in relevant projects is a plus.
2. Fluency in English including listening speaking reading and writing.
3. Doctorate degree in computer science AI applied mathematics physics automation or other STEM majors.
4. Publications in top journals or conferences are a big plus.
