Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering Data & Analytics projects within defined scope timelines and budget.
  • Recommending tools and platforms that enhance data and process analysis.
  • Crafting detailed reports and analyses presenting impactful findings to senior executives.
  • Mentoring junior team members supporting their growth and career development.
  • Inspire our clients in the area of Process Intelligence
  • Develop and implement sales strategies on pending opportunities and mature the pipeline.
  • Engage with senior executives on data driven process transformation
  • Build sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Expand and refine our Data & Analytics propositions.
  • Lead and manage client engagements in Data & Analytics within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor junior and midlevel colleagues offering guidance and support.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in process intelligence/mining process modelling and process automation tools and technologies
  • Partner with stakeholders across KPMG including markets and sales various consulting services for understanding synergies between service offerings and joint go to market

Qualifications :

  • Completed Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Business Analytics Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8 years of consulting experience in data & analytics process optimization process mining or related.
  • Proven track record of sales experience
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful data and analytics solutions in client engagements.
  • Experience with process mining technology such as Celonis and/or SAP Signavio is a plus
  • A robust understanding of ERP functional process areas including Finance Supply Chain and Procurement is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and running presales and sales activities including lead generation inspiration sharing RFQs and RFPs
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to distill complexity into clear concise insights.
  • Strong interpersonal team building organisational and motivational skills.
  • Empowered to take independent decisions act flexible often under time pressure especially if business demands.
  • An comprehensive professional network and significant commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English both in oral and written communication.
