Qualifications :
SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: At least 2 years of handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on supporting the compensation module.
Knowledge of Other Modules: Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
Data Maintenance: Proven ability to manage and work with complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors ensuring data integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.
Analytical ProblemSolving Skills: Effectively analyze complex requirements translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
Clear Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and facilitate training sessions for end users.
You should be available for at least 32 hours a week preferably 36 or 40 hours.
