We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team during a busy period playing a critical role in supporting our inhouse recruiters and Recruitment Manager. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain valuable experience in recruitment and onboarding processes which could serve as a foundation for a longterm career in HR.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Administrator youll provide full lifecycle administration support to hiring managers and candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment is fastpaced with daily challenges such as managing shifting schedules accommodating interruptions for meetandgreets handling interview cancellations and providing feedback to candidates both positive and constructive. This role requires someone with resilience and the ability to handle the highs and lows of recruitment maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm while adapting to everchanging priorities.
