Job Description
As Reservations Agent you will help contribute towards promoting and selling of Fairmont La Hacienda bedrooms and facilities.
A little bit about what you will be doing:
- Take telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings using appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques.
- Respond to enquiries via the website email and letter in a timely manner with the appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques.
- Have a good knowledge of the Resorts facilities in order that these facilities can be sold to the guest.
- Assisting with the procedure for group bookings inputting of rooming list and group amendments.
- Have sufficient knowledge of the packages that are available in order that these can be sold.
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
- Previous experience within a similar role is preferred
- Hospitality experience is essential
- A high level of both Spanish and English spoken and written is essential.
Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
