Job Summary:
We are hiring for a global entertainment production company with releases in cinemas on TV and across OTT platforms is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to enhance our digital presence and grow audiences across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing social media operations while creating compelling highquality content. This role requires expertise in graphic design video editing and animation using tools like Canva alongside a proven track record of growing social media channels particularly YouTube and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design:
- Design engaging posters thumbnails and other graphics tailored for social media platforms.
- Edit videos and develop motion graphics for Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
- Utilize tools like Canva and other userfriendly design apps to create highquality visuals and video content.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive audience growth on YouTube Instagram Facebook and TikTok.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns for upcoming film TV and OTT releases creating platformspecific content.
- Optimize YouTube videos with SEOfriendly titles descriptions and thumbnails to maximize reach.
Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with influencers and fans to amplify reach and increase engagement.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and track audience growth.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
Collaborative Campaign Management:
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with production teams to gather exclusive content for social media platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in social media management and content creation with a focus on YouTube and Instagram.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Canva and video editing apps such as CapCut InShot or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Strong understanding of platformspecific algorithms and best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and selfmotivation to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with advanced tools like Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or After Effects.
- Experience managing campaigns for entertainment content across cinemas TV or OTT platforms.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.

Compensation Package:
Monthly Salary:
- Quarterly Bonuses: Equivalent to 50% of the monthly salary (14 months pay annually).
- Monthly Fuel Allowance: PKR 10000
