Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dutchspeaking Customer Support Agent with a background in call center operations to join our team in Bucharest. In this hybrid role you will assist customers by addressing inquiries resolving issues and delivering a highquality service experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Handle customer issues efficiently aiming to resolve them on the first contact.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer support role is essential.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bucharest.
- Valid residence permit is required; note that SEDERE TEMPORARA and Permis Unic cards are not accepted.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused attitude.

- No relocation package is provided for this role. Candidates must arrange their own move if relocating to Bucharest.
