Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 39 hours
Position Summary:
We are seeking a native Germanspeaking Technical Support Advisor with proficient English skills to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Advisor you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues troubleshooting and providing clear solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience. This is an onsite position within a dynamic international work environment ideal for someone with a passion for helping others and a knack for problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone email and chat.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex cases and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow standard processes to ensure consistent quality in service.
Qualifications:
- Native German speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and patiently.
- Effective time management and teamwork skills.
