Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Oversee and manage daytoday operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle import and export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with shipping agents freight forwarders and customs officials to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
- Plan and arrange transportation for goods delivery to customers.
- Assist in the preparation submission and tracking of applications for vehicle permits.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of operational activities.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance for management review.
Job Requirement :
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations
- Experience in importexport processes and licensing/permit applications is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Able to travel across West & East Malaysia
