Job Description
HR Internee
should have good organization and people management skills. He/she is expected to have good negotiation and problemsolving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Job Post Description
He/she will be responsible to
- Assisting in Recruitment and selection activities
- Assisting in identifying & screening candidates
- Coordinating and scheduling the interviews/tests of candidates
- Coordinating the line managers for conducting interviews and taking timely feedback of interviews
- Assisting in reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Coordinating in employee development plans and performance management
- Performing Data entry and record of keeping of candidates and existing employees
- Assisting in onboarding processes
- Preparing miscellaneous HR reports
- Coordinate in executing the learning and training programs
Skills and Requirements:
- Under study or Fresh or some experience in any HR functions
- Good recordkeeping skills.
- Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer literacy with capability in MS Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good team player.
- Good ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts
Qualification
- Bachelors or masters degree in Human Resource
Job timings / Stipend:
- It is compulsory to work from office from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm as per Pakistan standard time
- Stipend may be given depending upon fulltime working hours and potential candidate.
