Job Description
The objective of this role is to be a proactive and supportive team player who is passionate about software quality assurance. The successful candidate will develop new components of our Test Automation framework and create new automated tests to ensure the highest standards of software quality.
Tasks
- Design implement and maintain scalable and reusable components of the Test Automation framework.
- Integrate new features and enhance existing functionalities within the framework.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient test scripts aligned with coding standards using Selenium and C#.
- Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts to identify and fix issues promptly.
- Support and help team members with automation QA tasks.
- Review and provide feedback on test scripts created by team members to ensure consistency and quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve test processes and automation coverage.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and inconsistencies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of handson experience in test automation.
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automated tests.
- Practical experience with Selenium for UI automation.
- Familiarity with NUnit or similar test frameworks for writing UI tests.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for automation development.
- Experience working with Entity Framework for database interactions in test automation.
- Knowledge of REST Sharp (bonus) for API testing automation.
- Solid understanding of objectoriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers testers and other stakeholders.
