Now we are looking for a passionate Strategy & Business Development Intern to join our dynamic Strategy & Business Development team collaborating closely with our department lead and managers to develop strategy and partnerships development.

Your role in a team:

• Support European expansion efforts: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams supporting the successful implementation of expansion strategies and launch activities. Assist in market research competitive analysis and the preparation of strategic recommendations for entering additional European markets.
• Drive partnership development: Support the strategic partnership team on existing partner relationship management identifying and evaluating potential ecosystem partners supporting outreach efforts and preparing partnership proposals to strengthen the companys ecosystem.
• Strategic project support: Contribute to highpriority strategic initiatives by conducting data analysis preparing presentations for Clevel and senior leadership and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Revenue growth strategy development: Assist in analyzing growth potentials and creating actionable strategies to drive revenue growth including customer segmentation analysis pricing strategies and operational improvements.
• Crossdepartmental collaboration: Facilitate coordination with key departments such as Marketing Sales Product and Operations to ensure the smooth execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Project Management Office (PMO) assistance: Help manage timelines milestones and deliverables for ongoing projects ensuring accountability and adherence to deadlines across departments.

Requirements

What you need to be successful:

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present research findings.
• Proactive Attitude: Selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
• First internship or working student experiences
• Ideally this experience is in fast paced environments (e.g. startup) and/or and project management related fields (e.g. consulting)
• Language Skills: fluent in English French and/or German are a huge plus
• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. economics business finance businessengineering liberal arts or a related field).
• Preferable master program or final phase of the bachelors degree.
• Berlinbased.
