Division/Department: Group Finance
Job Purpose: To support the General Manager Group Finance in the area of financial controllership with the ongoing restructuring of the Group s Finance function.
Responsible to/Report to: General Manager Group Finance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Group s Finance controllership in HQ entities
2. Oversee the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards) and IFRS.
3. Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements Securities Commission guidelines and other local regulations.
4. Lead the preparation and ling of quarterly and annual reports ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial disclosures.
5. Oversee and guide country nance teams on monthend closing and accounting matters.
6. Drafting of statutory financial statements of the Group and subgroup and review of subsidiary companies statutory accounts to relevant regulatory requirements
7. Prepare notes highlighting key trends and variances to prot or loss balance sheet analytical reports and insights on the impact of changes on business.
8. Prepare RRPT report and ensure submission to Group Internal Audit Department within the agreed timeline
9. Prepare templates and ensure Business Units (BU) receive the information required for reports.
10. Assist in preparation of Group Cash Flow statement
11. Oversee grouplevel adjustments and reconciliations
12. Conduct comprehensive research on MFRS and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
13. Monitor interpret and summarise changes in accounting standards and listing rules.
14. Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
15. Document review and improve financial policies and procedures to enhance control and operational efficiency.
16. Liaise with different stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
17. Participate in the development and presentation of educational materials for internal audiences.

Requirements
1. Degree in Accounting / Finance / Professional qualification ACCA/CPA and a member of IIAM / MIA / CIMA / MICPA.
2. Preferably 8 years of working experience in financial / accounting or relevant fields.
3. Strong in accounting / financial / audit analysis communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work independently compliance driven and observe confidentiality.
