Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Application Architect (Java Angular) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert in the clients premises in Belgium or remotely. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Install configure monitor and troubleshoot application architecture;
- Manage complex architecture and integrate heterogeneous systems to it;
- Architecture and design of information systems;
- Review of the architecture of existing systems;
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks (backend/frontend);
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing analysis technical documentation deployment evaluation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 3 years of proven expertise in Java Angular and Weblogic or other JEE container management;
- Good knowledge of Middleware systems (e.g. Weblogic Application Server Oracle Service Bus);
- Good knowledge of messaging services and platforms (e.g. Java Message Service Apache Kafka);
- Good knowledge in Akoma Ntoso: simple technologyneutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary legislative and judiciary documents;
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS and modelling tools;
- Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;
- Certifications in Oracle Middleware and ITIL will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent command of the English language and good understanding of French will be an advantage.
