This position is with a distinguished law firm recognized for its leadership in class action litigation. The teams expertise includes:

• Consumer Class Actions: Representing clients in highstakes consumer protection claims.

In this position you will:

• Represent clients in state and federal class action litigation participating in highprofile and highstakes cases.
• Research and draft motions briefs and other litigation documents of the highest quality.
• Manage all aspects of discovery including depositions document production and interrogatories.
• Handle case and client management responsibilities working closely with sophisticated clients and stakeholders.

We are seeking candidates who bring the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience and Expertise

• Experience: Law school graduate from 2017 to 2021 with prior exposure to state and federal class action litigation and broader commercial litigation experience.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a toptier accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Clerkship Experience: District or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
