About the Role:

As a fastgrowing Amazon & eCommerce Consulting Agency we seek a driven selfmotivated detail orientated content editor with exceptionally strong content review and editorial skills almost to an obsessivecompulsive standard. We are looking for a seasoned Amazon SEO Expert who is capable of reviewing and editing copywriters SEO content that will be used to optimize our clients listings for traffic.

This is a native Englishspeaking and writing position. All communication will be conducted in English but correspondence between other internal employees such as account managers content team members and administrative staff can be conducted in Spanish. Obviously you are welcome to converse in Spanish with your teammates. The ideal candidate will be well organized extremely detail oriented and able to identify and correct grammatical errors within written and design content in order to deliver flawless final content to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee review edit and approve to send all final versions of written and design content to clients and customers.
• Work closely with the content team to improve their English copywriting skills.
• Serve as backup help to the copywriting team during workflow overloads and strain times in order to reduce lead times for content turnaround.
• Help identify and resolve inefficiencies within the current content management system and process in order to maximize efficiency and minimize lead times.
• Work hand in hand with a talented team of copywriters graphic designers account managers and admin associates.
• Use our task management system to move content tasks along different status columns.
• Participate in biweekly content team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker
• 2 years of Amazon SEO experience. This is a requirement candidates without this experience will NOT be considered for this position.
• 23 years of editorial oversight concerning written and design content for digital media.
• Robust attention to detail.
• Strong communication.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills to prevent editorial bottlenecks and turn high quality work over to clients ahead of deadlines.
• The ability to respond professionally to direction constructive criticism and client feedback.
