Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator youll ensure usergenerated content aligns with platform policies. Your work will involve reviewing and managing content handling user appeals and collaborating with the team to maintain a secure and positive digital space. Staying updated on emerging trends will help refine and improve moderation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Monitor videos audio comments and links to ensure they meet community standards. Identify and remove inappropriate content to maintain a secure platform
- Policy Enforcement: Verify that all content including images and titles adheres to platform guidelines
- User Interaction: Respond to user appeals and explain moderation actions with clarity
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with your team to ensure adherence to industry regulations
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging user trends and potential risks adapting strategies as needed
- Optimization: Provide feedback to enhance moderation tools and practices
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hebrew (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
