Job Summary:
VMax is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Fitness team. The SME will bring extensive expertise in Fitness services exercise science and wellness. This role involves creating delivering and overseeing fitness programs offering guidance to clients and ensuring evidencebased practices are implemented. The SME collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve physical health performance and wellbeing.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Fitness Coach Auditing and Performance Management:
  • Conduct regular audits of employees focusing on quality communication work ethics and product knowledge.
  • Monitor team performance provide actionable feedback and develop improvement strategies.
  • Training & Instruction:
  • Deliver engaging workshops webinars or oneonone sessions to educate clients employees or partners on fitness and wellness topics.
  • Conduct training programs for new joiners ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and implement ongoing training initiatives to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
  • Review and track the progress of new employees aligning their growth with organizational goals.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring:
  • Manage and mentor a team of 25 coaches ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
  • Create a culture of accountability motivation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategies for revenue generation and customer retention.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Regularly review and streamline operational processes to boost overall productivity.
  • Implement initiatives that align with organizational objectives and improve service delivery.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with marketing product development or HR teams to ensure alignment of wellness goals and initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Research & Trends:
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness technologies methodologies and wellness trends to maintain cuttingedge expertise.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure programs and content adhere to relevant health safety and industry standards.
Qualification and experience:
  • Preferred masters degree in Exercise Science Physiotherapy Kinesiology or a related field.
  • Valid certifications such as NASM ACE ISSA ACSM or equivalent. or similar certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
  • in Fitness counseling Wellness or a related domain.
  • Proven ability to mentor and train professionals with a track record of elevating team performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Passion for health wellness and lifelong learning.
