Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager
Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • Analyze competitors to differentiate our services in the recruitment space.

  • Lead negotiations and close business deals with key clients.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and market trends.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in business development techniques.

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with hiring needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales process automation tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in team settings.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
