Key Responsibilities:
v Configuring and customize on multiple modules (ITSM ITOM HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.
v Design and implement workflows business rules UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
v Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
v Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
v Expertise on Incident Management Incident Resolution and Escalation Process SLA Management
v Problem Management Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds
v Change Management Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.
v Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.
v Must have a Handson experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language
v Integrations: Hands on experience with APIs REST SOAP Scripted REST API MID Server Integration and expertise on using Integration Hub.
v ITOM Implementation and Configuration
v Discovery Configuration: Manage and Maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
v Expert in Service Mapping who can understand the relationships between applications servers and infrastructure components.
v Experience on Cloud Discovery such as AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
v Event Management to integrate with monitoring tools for realtime monitoring.
v Orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks.
v Expertise on Performance Analytics KPIs Indicator Creation Scorecards and Widgets.
