Job Description
- Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows scripts business rules and UI policies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty applications using REST SOAP and other integration methods.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications.
- Maintain platform upgrades patches and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support documentation and user training for ServiceNow solutions.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 24 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development including workflows UI customization and scripting (JavaScript Glide).
- Strong understanding of ITSM ITOM or other ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST SOAP etc.).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and align with EST time zone work hours.
- ServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.
