As a Purchase Executive you play a crucial role in the overall efficiency and effectiveness of an organizations procurement process. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that goods and services are acquired at the best possible price quality and timing to meet the operational needs of the business. This position is vital as it directly influences operational efficiency cost savings and supplier relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing products negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. In addition you will analyze market trends to secure favorable terms and drive continuous improvement within the procurement process. By collaborating with various departments you will ensure that purchasing strategies align with the organizations goals ultimately contributing to its success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for all goods and services.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proven experience of 3 years as a Purchase Executive. Preferably from Manufacturing industries
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends in purchasing.
- Experience with procurement software and tools.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
