- 3 years of experience in employee benefits law
- Indepth knowledge of ERISA IRC and related regulations
- Strong background in M&A due diligence and transactional matters
- Exceptional analytical writing and communication skills
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Experience with multiemployer plans
- Knowledge of executive compensation and securities laws
- LLM in Taxation or Employee Benefits
