Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (PPE and Related Industries)
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Type: FullTime
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry or in related sectors such as hardware power tools construction supplies or ladders. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills be adept at building client relationships and excel in outdoor sales activities. Prior experience in the GCC especially the UAE will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships driving sales growth in the PPE and related industries.
  • Promote and sell products effectively achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prepare reports proposals and presentations using MS Office tools.
  • Manage professional email communication and promptly address customer inquiries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales approaches staying attuned to market trends and customer needs.
  • Utilize social media platforms for networking and promotional activities (preferred).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market competitors and strategically position the company s offerings.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent (UAE education is a plus).
Experience:
  • Minimum of 23 years of sales experience preferably in the PPE industry.
  • Experience in related industries such as hardware power tools construction supplies or ladders is a significant advantage.
  • Prior sales experience within the GCC particularly in the UAE is highly preferred.
Skills:
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP software is an added advantage.
  • Strong emailing and communication skills for professional sales interactions.
  • Social media proficiency for networking and lead generation is an added bonus.
Personal Attributes:
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated resourceful and capable of working independently.
  • Age: 25 35 years.
Requirements:
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Willingness to engage in outdoor sales activities.
  • Knowledge of the PPE market and competitive landscape.
Compensation:
  • Salary: will be discussed
  • Commission: 1% on sales exceeding 100000 AED.
