Job Description: HR Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide valuable support in various HR functions including hiring employee engagement administration and operations. This role will give you handson experience and help you develop essential skills for a successful career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
1.Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
2.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3.Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
4.Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
5.Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
6.Assist in creating communication materials such as newsletters and updates.
7.Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
8.Help with drafting and issuing letters like offer letters appointment letters etc.
9.Support daily HR operations including attendance tracking and database management.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Extrovert in nature with an approachable and engaging personality.
  • Manageable and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with employees and teams.
