Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources including endtoend recruitment employee relations and payroll management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing screening resumes and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding including preparing offer letters and facilitating the completion of the required paperwork.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees providing support and guidance on HRrelated queries.
  • Manage employee data and ensure accurate recordkeeping of our database.
  • Assist in HR policy development and implementation to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Han R role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in MSOffice
  • Knowledge of payroll would be an added advantage
