• Maintain business continuity plans for service disruption scenarios.
• Support and train internal staff on new systems and tools.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage thirdparty integrations.
• Develop reports on system performance and usage metrics.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in telecommunications and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and services (e.g. AWS Azure).
• Experience with VoIP technologies and SIP protocols.
• Proficiency in network management and configuration.
• Knowledge of security practices specific to cloud environments.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in project management or related methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g. CCSP AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining complex systems.
• Strong documentation skills for technical processes.
• Understanding of performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
