Primary Duty:
1. Content Creation and Management :
- Develop implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Create curate and manage published content across all social media platforms. Monitor and report on social trends engagement and performance.
2. Brand Consistency:
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
3. Audience Engagement:
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments messages and queries in a timely manner. Foster community interaction and build relationships with followers and influencers.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns including promotions competitions and sponsored content. Track analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use social media management tools to measure performance across social media channels. Provide regular reports on social media metrics and insights to senior management.
- Analyze competitors and industry leaders to stay uptodate with current trends and best practices.
6. Strategy Development:
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement grow followers and drive website traffic.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends platform updates and best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Identify potential risks associated with social media use and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( Sunday week off )
