Overview
The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and achieving the organizational targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for effective product sales and marketing to achieve sales targets.
- Create manage and utilize marketing materials to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Drive retail sales by actively engaging with retailers and ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with dealers retailers and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure the timely resolution of dealer/retailer concerns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Minimum 23 yrs experience in related field
- Experienced in working in the product sales/marketing
- Must have general knowledge on marketing materials
- Must have experience in retail sales/marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers retailers and other stakeholders.
