Job Description

Must be Arabic and English speaker

* Program Manager shall be PMP (is must) PMIACP and lean 6 sigma Management Certifications (are plus) with more than 12 Years of experience. Bachelors degree or masters degree in computer science or a related field. Proven experience in program management. Proven stakeholder management skills. Proven experience managing a team. Should lead project managers and other staff. Develop and control deadlines and activities. Coordinate crossproject activities. Ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. Also oversee the progress of project operations.

* Manage all OT OTNetwork and Communication department Related Projects.

* Attend Daily Weekly and Monthly meetings with the NWCs top management and Directorates team for updating & explaining project status & activities.

* Make presentations to the NWCs top management and Directorates team providing project progress details achievements project plans etc...

* Should be solely responsible to coordinate with NWC team all the 13 Directorates and their associated branches concerned team members for all the

a. Onsite assessment

b. Implementation process including but not limited to site access arrangements project deployments

c. Scheduling ( Daily Weekly and Monthly) Meetings

d. Arranging Maintenance windows postimplementation tasks presentations etc.
