Job Description
- Develop predictive models to enhance decisionmaking processes.
- Perform data mining and statistical analysis to extract useful information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Design and implement data collection processes for data analytics purposes.
- Utilize machine learning algorithms to find solutions to business problems.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Evaluate and improve data collection and analysis processes.
- Work with large data sets and distributed computing frameworks.
- Publish results findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Keep up to date with emerging data science technologies and methodologies.
- Support datadriven decisionmaking across various departments.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to optimize business strategies.
- Document data science processes and methodologies for future reference.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or related field.
- Masters degree or Ph.D. in Data Science or related discipline preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a data science or analytic role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing methods.
- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in delivering presentations to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing data science projects or case studies.
- Knowledge of industry standards best practices and guidelines for data science.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
