Job Description
- Promote the companys products and service
- Proven track record in sales preferably in a conversionfocused role within a similar industry or environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Ability to influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
- Goaloriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic sales environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert highquality leads into longlasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
- Fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English.
- Previous phonebased sales experience from any industry
- Previous experience in relevant field
- Computer literate
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objectionhandling skills
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience skills and performance
- Working hours: 10AM 7PM
