About the Role:
Join our team as a Turkishspeaking Customer Support Specialist and enjoy a full relocation package to Lisbon with flights and accommodation included. You will be the point of contact for Turkishspeaking clients ensuring their queries are handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Turkish.
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions to customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Turkish (C1 or higher) and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.
