Job Description
- Implement SAP HANA security measures to protect data integrity.
- Develop and maintain access management processes for users and roles.
- Monitor SAP HANA systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities.
- Create and execute user authentication strategies.
- Design policies and procedures that govern data protection and security.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
- Collaborate with IT teams to assess and remediate security incidents.
- Provide guidance on compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the design of secure SAP HANA solutions tailored to business needs.
- Prepare and deliver security training for endusers and administrators.
- Evaluate existing security architectures and recommend improvements.
- Document security processes and coordinate with auditing teams.
- Engage with SAP support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on latest security trends and technologies impacting SAP HANA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP security roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP HANA administration and security configurations.
- Strong understanding of access controls and user management.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and compliance standards (GDPR HIPAA).
- Experience with security auditing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and protocols.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Relevant SAP certifications (CISA CISSP SAP HANA certification) preferred.
- Handson experience with SAP security and GRC tools.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving security issues.
- Willingness to stay informed on emerging security threats.
- Experience with data encryption methods and best practices.
