Job Description

Are you passionate about sales marketing and helping businesses grow Join our team and become an expert in providing cuttingedge advertising solutions for our clients enabling them to achieve their business goals through innovative strategies.

Your Role:
  • Engage with new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone chat and email daily identifying sales opportunities and offering tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients focusing on revenue growth and longterm success.
  • Deliver consultative sales approaches ensuring personalized client recommendations that align with their business objectives.
  • Analyze client needs market trends and vertical insights to optimize advertising performance and product adoption.
  • Proactively monitor product performance provide actionable insights and optimize advertising solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Facebook Advertising solutions sharing feedback to improve products and customer experiences.
  • Develop success stories showcasing clients growth through our advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously refine processes and drive results for our clients.

What We re Looking For:
  • Bachelor s degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with 1 years in relationship sales ad sales or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes local markets and crosschannel media selling.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with expertise in crossselling and upselling.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal written and listening) with fluent (C2) English proficiency.
  • Proactive goaloriented and selfmotivated with a keen ability to meet deadlines in a competitive environment.
  • Creative problemsolver with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with communication tools like email and voicemail systems.
  • A passion for advertising and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.

Working Hours:
  • Fulltime: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break).
  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

What We Offer:
  • Total gross salary of 1666.98 per month.
  • Performancebased variable bonus of up to 650.00.
