Overview
The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while maximizing sales opportunities. As a frontline ambassador for our products and services the Sales Representative is responsible for understanding customer needs articulating product benefits and effectively negotiating agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients in the boutique.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Keep uptodate with the latest trends and collections to provide customers with knowledgeable recommendations.
- Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure stock is adequately maintained.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Requirements:
- Preferably resides within the ring road area of Lalitpur.
- Available to work fulltime from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Fluent in both Nepali and English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales preferably in a luxury or branded retail environment.
- Proven ability to handle customers and provide highquality service.
- Positive attitude wellpresented and professional demeanor.
