Job Description
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Customize ServiceNow platform based on organizational requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations with updates and improvements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ensure platform stability and performance through regular monitoring and tuning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans ensuring quality assurance is upheld.
- Provide technical support and training to users and team members.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the ServiceNow environment for issues or performance gaps.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Assist in project planning and timeline estimation for ServiceNow initiatives.
- Implement best practices in service management to enhance IT operations.
- Assist in migrating from other ITSM solutions to ServiceNow.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features for continuous improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with DevOps teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proven experience working with JavaScript HTML and XML.
- Indepth knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Change and Problem Management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting and automation tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and its relevance to service management.
- Experience in application performance monitoring and optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
