The role requires the incumbent to manage fullcycle recruitment processes while ensuring adherence to local employment regulations.
Additionally the position involves contributing to training programs employee engagement and HR compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to oversee endtoend recruitment processes including creating job postings sourcing candidates conducting interviews extending job offers and managing documentation for new hires.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with local employment laws including MOM regulations and the Employment Act.
- Represent the company at job fairs and drive talent outreach through social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
- Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
- Prepare and manage statutory reports and conduct internal HR audits.
- Drive employee feedback and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other adhoc HRrelated tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 23 years of experience in recruitment or HRrelated roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of local labour laws including MOM regulations and the Employment Act.
- Familiarity with PDPA requirements and HR compliance practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in conducting job fairs and leveraging social media for recruitment.
- Ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion.
- Problemsolving skills and experience managing employee engagement programs.
