Overview
The Executive Chef plays a critical role in the culinary operations of our establishment guiding kitchen staff while creating toptier dishes that showcase both traditional and modern cuisine. This position is essential to ensuring the highest standards of food quality safety and outstanding dining experience for our guests. The Executive Chef will be responsible for designing innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and satisfy our diverse clienteles tastes. He/She/They will lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a productive and efficient kitchen environment while adhering to budgetary constraints and sourcing highquality ingredients. The Executive Chef will act as a mentor to junior staff and will collaborate with other departments to foster a teamoriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design menus that align with the restaurant s culinary vision and customer preferences.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a highvolume establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
